Who Is SMREI And What Is Our “Finder’s Fee” Program?
We’ve been a part of the real estate investment community for many years and are passionate about helping property owners out of their “sticky property situations” by purchasing their property for a fair price. It’s win-win-win solution for all.
Over the years we’ve developed a great system for helping those property owners in distress, out of that situation through our property Buyer Program. In addition, one of our missions is to help beautify the neighborhoods we operate in by fixing up properties and getting great occupants into them. 3. If we end up buying the property, we’ll pay you $500 – $1,500 “finders fee” within 7 days.
