Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Marcus Stallings serves as Managing Director for Sol Mar REI, with a focus on sourcing real estate investments in the South and working within the Investment Community. He is a versatile finance and corporate development professional, demonstrating significant achievement in strategic growth initiatives across the healthcare, real estate and information technology industries. Mr. Stallings has held Director and Vice President positions at multiple Fortune 500 companies, including Community Health Systems, KPMG and Healthcare REIT. With a background in corporate acquisitions and investment banking, he has successfully executed over 50 M&A transactions valued at $1.3 billion and has also served as a venture capital consultant for various early-stage IT and healthcare companies – most notably Concert Care, Fyndus and Chiro-Funding. Within the real estate sector, he has sourced numerous investment properties for hedge fund buyers in multiple states.

Marcus earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Tennessee, and his MBA from Lipscomb University in Nashville. He has also completed a post-graduate executive education program at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
